Pasta Payasam / Macaroni Kheer - how to prepare Macaroni Payasam
Ingredients
- 1 cup Elbow Model Macaroni
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Pinch Elaichi Powder
- Few Cashew Nuts
- 2 sp Ghee
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a fry pan add cashew nuts and fry till light brown color then remove from the pan and keep aside.
- Next add macaroni and fry on low flame for 2 mins then add milk and cook till done.
- Add sugar, ealichi powder and cook for a couple of mins on low flame, once done turn off the flame.
- Now macaroni payasam is ready, transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with cashew nuts and serve cool or normal.
