
Masala Rice with Carrot and Beans / Spicy Carrot Beans Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
- 5 Beans chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- 2 sp Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Masala Curry Powder
- 4 sp Oil
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Combine carrot, beans and pressure cook with a pinch of salt and allow it to cool.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, red chilli, peanuts and fry for a min.
- Add in turmeric powder, curry leaves and fry for while, then add cooked vegetables and fry for a couple of mins on low flame.
- Then add cooked rice, masala curry powder, salt and mix it very well, cook on low flame for a couple of mins with cover.
- After that turn of heat and transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Now spicy carrot beans masala rice is ready, serve hot with fresh curd.
