Mixed Flour Dosa Recipe / Millet Dosa - how to make Mixed Flour Dosa
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi
- 1/4 cup Bajra Flour/Sajja Pindi
- 1/4 cup Jowar Flour/Jonna Pindi
- 1/4 cup Finger Millet Flour/Ragi Pindi
- 2 sp grated Carrot
- 2 sp finally chopped Onion
- 2 Green Chillies finally chopped
- enough Water
- Salt to taste
- Oil for Dosa
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl expect oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add enough water and make a thin batter without any lumps.
- Heat a tava and grease it with oil before pouring the batter.
- Pour a ladle full of the batter on the tava, apply oil on the sides and cook.
- When edges start browning, it is almost done turn over and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
- Now mixed flour dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with any chutney .
