Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi
  • 1/4 cup Bajra Flour/Sajja Pindi
  • 1/4 cup Jowar Flour/Jonna Pindi
  • 1/4 cup Finger Millet Flour/Ragi Pindi
  • 2 sp grated Carrot
  • 2 sp finally chopped Onion
  • 2 Green Chillies finally chopped
  • enough Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Dosa

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl expect oil and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add enough water and make a thin batter without any lumps.
  3. Heat a tava and grease it with oil before pouring the batter.
  4. Pour a ladle full of the batter on the tava, apply oil on the sides and cook.
  5. When edges start browning, it is almost done turn over and cook the other side.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
  7. Now mixed flour dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with any chutney .
