Pandu Mirapakaya Kothimeera Pachadi / Ripe Chilli Coriander Leaves Chutney

Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 Pandu Mirapakayalu
  • lime size Tamarind
  • 1/2 cup chopped Kothimeera
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 sp Methi Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 pinch Inguva
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry for 2 mins.
  2. Add pandu mirapakayalu, tamarind, turmeric powder and stir.
  3. Sprinkle little water and stir, cover and cook for 2 or 3 mins on low flame.
  4. When the pandu mirchi are soft, then remove from the heat.
  5. Let it cool for some time and grind along with salt and coriander leaves, add water as required.
  6. Now pandu pirapakaya kothimeera pachadi is ready to serve, serve with rice or tiffins.
