Paneer Kulfi Recipe – How to prepare Paneer Kulfi – easy kulfi recipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 lt Whole Milk
- small cup grated Paneer
- small cup Amulya Milk Powder
- small cup Sugar
- few chopped dry Fruits (pista, badam)
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder(optional)
- Kulfi Moulds
Instructions
- Boil the milk on low flame, keep stirring occasionally until it reduced to half of its original quantity, then add sugar and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins.
- Add grated paneer and milk powder to the boiled milk, mix until well combined and let the mixture simmer for 2 mins, lastly add chopped dry fruits, elaichi powder and mix well, turn off the flame and leave it to cool down completely.
- Once cooled, pour this mixture into kulfi moulds or small polystyrene cups and place them in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours or until frozen.
- When done, to remove the kulfi from the mould, keep the kulfi mould under running water for a few seconds or dip them in a bowl of water, then slowly pull it out. Now paneer kulfi is ready, place on serving plates and sprinkle with reserved chopped dry fruits and serve immediately.
