Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Raw Papaya/Pachi Boppayi
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 2 sp Curry Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash peel papaya and cut into small pieces, heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, chopped papaya pieces and stir, now add turmeric powder, salt and cook with cover till done, sprinkle a little water if required.
  2. When the curry is done add curry powder, mix well together and continue to cook for a couple of mins, then turn off the heat and transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice or roti.
