Pachi Boppai Kura / Simple Raw Papaya Curry / Green Papaya Sabji
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Raw Papaya/Pachi Boppayi
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 2 sp Curry Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash peel papaya and cut into small pieces, heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, chopped papaya pieces and stir, now add turmeric powder, salt and cook with cover till done, sprinkle a little water if required.
- When the curry is done add curry powder, mix well together and continue to cook for a couple of mins, then turn off the heat and transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice or roti.
