Dal Paratha Recipe/Paratha with Leftover Spinach Dal/Palak Dal Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 small cup leftover Palak Mango Dal
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- enough Salt
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Take leftover palak dal into a bowl and add above ingredients and mix well, add little water if required and make a soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 -15 mins with cover.
- Divide the dough into lime sized balls, flatten one ball of the dough with your hand, sprinkle some flour and then roll it out into a thin chapati.
- Heat a tawa, when it's hot gently place paratha on it and cook it on both sides with little oil.
- Now leftover dal paratha is ready, serve it with chutney or fresh yogurt.
