Poha Coconut Burfi/Beaten Rice Kobbari Burfi/Flattened Rice Coconut Burfi-Burfi Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha
- 1 cup Fresh Coconut
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Elaichi Pods
- 1 sp Ghee for greasing
Instructions
- Heat a pan add poha and fry for 1 min, then grind into a coarse powder along with elaichi pods.
- Combine sugar and water in a pan and bring it to a boil, once the sugar dissolves completely, then add grated coconut and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Then add poha powder and mix together and cook, keep stirring till the mixture is slightly thick then remove from flame and mix well
- Then transfer the poha coconut mixture onto a greased plate and spread evenly and cut it into desired pieces.
- Sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top and press them gently, now diwali sweet recipe poha coconut burfi is ready to serve.
