Pulibongaralu Recipe/Soft Mini Dosa/Small Uttapam - how to make Mini Thick Dosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup thick Dosa Batter
- 1 pinch Cooking Soda
- enough Salt
- Oil for dosa
Instructions
- Take a bowl and put above ingredients except oil and mix them well.
- Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil and pour small amount of the batter on the hot tawa, don't spread it.
- Sprinkle little oil around the dosa and cook with cover on low flame, once the bottom is cooked, flip to the other side and cook.
- Repeat the same process for the other dosas also, now pulibongaralu/ soft mini dosas are ready, serve hot with chutney or chutney powder.
