Pulibongaralu / Soft Mini Dosa / Uttapam - how to prepare Mini Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Dosa Batter
  • 1 pinch Cooking Soda
  • enough Salt
  • Oil for dosa

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and put above ingredients except oil and mix them well.
  2. Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil and pour small amount of the batter on the hot tawa, don't spread it.
  3. Sprinkle little oil around the dosa and cook with cover on low flame, once the bottom is cooked, flip to the other side and cook.
  4. Repeat the same process for the other dosas also, now pulibongaralu/ soft mini dosas are ready, serve hot with chutney or chutney powder.
