Ingredients
- 1 cup Ragi Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Elaichi Pods
- 1/4 cup Ghee
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan add ragi flour and stir-fry till you get nice aroma, then turn off the flame, transfer into a bowl & allow it cool.
- In the meantime, grind sugar into a smooth powder along with elaichi pods, then add ground sugar powder to ragi flour.
- Then mix it very well with your hand and take small portions of this mixture & roll them into balls. Now ragi laddus are ready, store them in an airtight container.
