Soya Tomato Gravy Curry/Soya Chunks Tomato Masala Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup Soya Chunks
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 sp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 sp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 sp Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 sp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 pinch Inguva
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- 3 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and soak soya chunks in hot water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, hing and fry, add green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onion and stir.
- Fry them till they become transparent, then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook, cook the tomatoes on medium flame till they become soft.
- Now add soaked soya chunks, salt, red chilli powder and stir well.
- Add 1/2 cup of water, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Cook on low flame for couple of mins and then turn off the flame.
- Soya tomato gravy curry is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve with chapathi.
