Spicy Pearl Millet Roti / Spicy Bajra Flour Roti - how to prepare Spicy Sajja Rotte
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup Bajra Flour / Sajja Pindi
- 1 Onion chopped
- 4 Green Chillies chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind onion, green chillies into a coarse paste and keep aside.
- Take a bowl add bajra flour, salt, ground paste and mix well.
- Add enough lukewarm water and knead into a soft dough and divide the dough into small balls.
- Take a plastic paper and grease it with oil, place the dough ball on it.
- Apply little oil and press it into a round circle like chapathi, then place the roti carefully over the hot tawa.
- Cook the bajra roti both sides on medium flame till done.
- Now spicy sajja rotte is ready to serve, serve with fresh curd.
