Veg Besan Ka Cheela / Veg Omelet Recipe-how to make Veg Pudas
Ingredients
- 1 small cup Besan/Gram Flour
- 1 sp Rice Flour
- 2 sp grated Cabbage
- 2 sp grated Carrot
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green Chillie finely chopped
- 1 sp chopped Ginger
- 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 sp Ajwain Seeds
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- chopped Curry Leaves
- enough Salt
- Oil for dosa
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add above ingredients (except oil) mix together, add enough water to it and make a batter without lumps like dosa batter.
- Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil, when hot take a ladle full of batter and pour it over tawa from center to the sides. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges of the cheela and cook with a lid.
- Once it's done, turn it to the other side and apply 1/2 sp oil, cook on low flame for 1 min. Repeat the same process for other pudas/dosa, now healthy breakfast besan veg cheela is ready, serve hot with chutney or pickle.
