Vermicelli Coconut Bath / Semiya Kobbari Bath / Semiya Coconut Bath
Ingredients
- 1 cup Semiya/Vermicelli
- 1/2 cup grated Coconut
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- few Cashews Nuts
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups Water
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 3 sp Oil

Instructions
- In a bowl add water, little salt, 1 sp of oil and allow it to a boil, when it start boiling add the vermicelli/semiya and cook for 4 or 5 mins.
- Once semiya is cooked then turn off the flame and pour into a strainer to drain water, pour cold water over it and keep aside for cool down completely.
- Heat remaining oil and add popu ingredients and fry, once done add cashew nuts, curry leaves and stir, now add grated coconut, salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 2 mins on low flame, then add cooked semiya and mix it very well, let it cook for a while and turn off the flame.
- Now Semiya coconut bath/vermicelli kobbari bath is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
