Wheat Palak Dosa / Godhuma Pindi Spinach Dosa - Dosa Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Besan/Gram Flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Spinach/Palak
  • 2 sp finely chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 sp finely chopped Ginger
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dosa

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl put above all ingredients except oil and mix together, then add enough water to it and make dosa batter without lumps. Now spinach dosa batter is ready, keep aside for 5 mins.
  2. Heat a tawa and grease it with oil before pouring the batter, pour a ladle full of batter on the hot tawa, apply 1 sp oil on sides of the dosa and cook with cover. When it done turn over to cook on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter to make more dosas. Now tasty tasty wheat palak dosa is ready, serve hot with chutney or chutney powder.
