Yellow Cucumber Gravy Curry Recipe / Dosakaya Gravy Curry For Puri
Ingredients
- 1 small Yellow Cucumber/Dosakaya
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Besan/Gram Flour
- 1/2 sp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash dosakaya peel, deseeded and cut into small pieces and keep aside. Heat oil in a small cooker add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped onion, green chllies and stir for 30 secs. Add chopped tomato, dosakaya pieces and stir.
- Now add turmeric powder, salt, sugar, 1 cup of water and mix well, close the lid and pressure cook for two whistles. Meanwhile mix besan with 1/4 cup of water and keep aside, once pressure is off, remove the lid.
- Then pour besan mixture and cook until the raw besan smell goes. Now dosakaya gravy curry is ready, turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with puri.
