Take a bowl, add above ingredients (except oil, water) and mix, then add water to make a thin batter without lumps. Now wheat dosa batter is ready.
Heat a tawa and grease it with oil before pouring the batter, pour a ladle full of the batter on the hot tawa, apply oil on the sides & cook. When it is almost done turn over to cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas. Now instant wheat dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with chutney or powder.
